Obskurnee 4.0: Tech upgrade

This will be a short one. Obskurnee recently got a feature update and in that post I mentioned I want to tackle some tech upgrades next.

That time is now. Obskurnee now runs on .NET 10 and Node 22.

There's one small new feature: now when you click the Stats part of the chart, you'll be taken to the user's page where you can check out their recs and reviews.

Next up, but probably not as quickly: book stats, and npm dep updates.
